Job position: Associate Consultant – Standards & Certification
Location- Home based/Remote
Job Responsibilities-
- Gain understanding and keep himself up to date with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certification scheme standards on Forest Management, Chain of Custody and Controlled Wood.
- Serves as first responder to the SDG Consultants clients for their queries on FSC Certification. Provides input for and supports the development, design and implementation of certification procedures and processes in the client’s premises.
- Reviews and interprets audit results of Certification bodies, guiding clients to close their non-conformities raised by CB auditors.
- Develop and deliver the on-site training programme regarding the FSC Certification requirements to SDG Consultants’ clients.
- Develop the information webinar/newsletter to communicate the updates on FSC standard/policies/guidance/ to the FSC Certified companies.
- Conducting Environment Impact Assessment, Social Impact Assessment, High Conservation Value study as required by SDG Consultants clients.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Travelling policy- One should commute as and when required for company-related work i.e., training programs, field studies, seminars, etc.
Reimbursement of the bills would be done by the company but prior approval is required .
Basic requirements- One should have laptop, smart phone, internet connection and other things whichever required to work remotely (Home based)
Work timings- One needs to work 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Candidate might be required to travel or work during weekends, which will be compensated by taking leaves in the following week.
